The secret begins to unravel when Gillian's warlock brother, ( Jack Lemmon ), begins collaborating with an eccentric author, Sidney Redlitch , on a book about the underground society of New York witches. Fearing Shep will discover her nature through the book, Gillian hexes the manuscript, but her guilt finally leads her to confess the truth.
