Released in June 2007, is the fourth studio album by Australian multi-instrumentalist Xavier Rudd . The album’s title and its eponymous track were born from a deeply personal experience. During a holiday in Sri Lanka to celebrate his then-wife’s 30th birthday, a white moth followed Rudd’s son, Joaquin, for several hours. Rudd perceived this as the spirit of his wife’s late grandmother, leading to a song and album that emphasize the connection between the physical world and the spiritual realm.
