Just found my old backup! This game was basically the PC's answer to Mario Kart back in 2001. Between the "zany" characters and the absolutely unhinged announcer popping out of the screen, it was a trip.

Does anyone else remember having to grind for those driving licenses just to unlock the first championship? Or getting blasted by a homing missile right before the finish line? Tooncar.rar
