The Last King of Scotland

As Nicholas becomes more involved in Ugandan society, he meets a young Scottish musician named Kay Amin (also played by Forest Whitaker), who bears a striking resemblance to the dictator Idi Amin. Kay is a charismatic and flamboyant leader who becomes infatuated with Nicholas.

As tensions come to a head, Nicholas is forced to confront Kay about his past and his intentions. In a dramatic showdown, Nicholas must decide where his loyalties truly lie.

For non-native English speakers, subtitles will be provided to ensure that the dialogue and narrative are easily understood.

The story revolves around the life of Dr. Nicholas Garrigan (played by James McAvoy), a young Scottish doctor who wins a visa to work in Uganda. He arrives in Kampala, where he meets a charming and charismatic Scotsman named Dr. Ian Bailey (played by Forest Whitaker).
