Because there are many different cuts and frame rates for Blu-ray rips, external subtitles may drift out of sync. You can fix this on the fly using keyboard shortcuts: Press H to make subtitles appear later (delay them). Press G to make subtitles appear earlier (speed them up). In MPC-HC: Press F1 to delay the subtitles. Press F2 to speed them up.
