During his first night, he is tricked by an inmate named Frank Gallo , who poses as a friend but is actually seeking revenge against Harvey Specter.

: The firm's offices are a "ghost town" after the entire staff resigns following the news of Mike's plea. Jessica, Harvey, and Louis discover they are being hit with a $100 million class-action lawsuit involving every case Mike ever touched.

: Frank Gallo gains Mike's trust long enough to get Rachel’s phone number, using it to harass her and blackmail Harvey.
