The central theme is the steady, rhythmic toll of heartbreak. Just as water wears away stone drop by drop, the absence of the loved one slowly erodes the narrator's peace of mind. Cultural Context

The lyric "Gecələr darıxıram çoxu kimi" translates to "At nights I miss [you] like many others". It establishes that the narrator's pain is both deeply personal and universally understood—everyone has felt that midnight ache for someone who is no longer there. Roya Geceler Darixiram Coxu Kimi

The song tells the "story" of an individual struggling with the silence of the night, which acts as a catalyst for painful reflection. The title "Dama-Dama" (meaning "drop by drop") refers to the slow, agonizing way that memories and sadness consume the narrator. The central theme is the steady, rhythmic toll of heartbreak

I love your cookbooks, your recipes, the story you tell of each dish, your blog, all of it! I went through intensive rehabilitation this year after having a stroke during surgery to remove a tumor; and through your cookbooks, I re-learned how to cook, rediscovered my love of baking, put my garden to good use, and fell in love with how my body felt eating plant-forward meals. My only request is I want another cookbook from you! 🙂
