The recordings finally saw the light of day in March 2017. Released by (a subsidiary of Cherry Red), the album On Our Way Home was digitally remastered from the original tapes. The release included:

Mortimer, a harmony-heavy trio from New York consisting of , Tony Van Benschoten , and Guy Masson , formed in the mid-1960s. After some success as "The Teddy Boys," they moved to London in 1968. Their luck changed when they were heard by George Harrison , who was so impressed by their acoustic sound and vocal blend that he personally championed their signing to the Beatles' Apple Records .
